Gordon Hogg - Secretary
Appointed Secretary of Royal Blackheath Golf Club in October 2011 Gordon Hogg (known affectionately as "Boss") is vastly experienced in all aspects of golf club management having previously been Secretary at Aldeburgh, North Hants and Burhill Golf Clubs. Gordon is extremely approachable and aims to ensure that all members and guests enjoy their time at Royal Blackheath. Gordon is also a pretty mean golfer with a playing handicap of 5.
Jan Easton - Administrator
Jan has been administrator at Royal Blackheath for some 16 years. She will help you with any queries regarding the Club, everything to do with Membership plus the bookings for Society and Corporate golf days, Functions and Weddings.
Janet Baker - Bookkeeper
Janet has been the bookkeeper at Royal Blackheath for some 25 years.
Matt Johns - Head Professional
Matt Johns is the Club's Head Professional, who runs the RBGC's Professional Shop with his knowledgeable staff. This is the place to call for information about the golf course as well as golf equipment and clothing; trolley hire; buggy hire (by prior arrangement); club hire; club storage and cleaning and, of course, Golf tuition.
Allen Blizzard - Course Manager
Allen is the Club's Course Manager. He has qualifications from universities in England and USA and recently obtained the qualification of Master of Science in Sports Turf Technology at Cranfield. His practical experience was gained at RBGC and the London Club together with periods in Australia and USA.
Simon Brittan - Dupty Head Greenkeeper
Simon has been with the Club for many years and is now the Deputy Head Greenkeeper as well as being the Club's Mechanic with added responsibility for the maintenance and repair of course equipment.
Royal Blackheath Golf Club now has a state-of-the-art Compound for staff and equipment, a totally computerised irrigation system and reservoir, plus some of the latest greenkeeping equipment around.
