Rooms For Hire

The following Clubhouse rooms are available for hire separately or can be combined to accommodate the needs of your function.

The Eagleton Gray Room

Overlooking the 18th green with splendid views across the course, this room, considered the main dining room of the Club, is ideal for large formal lunches, dinners and various other social events.

It is a particularly attractive and well-appointed room, suitable for private functions seating up to a maximum of 100 diners.

The Glennie Room

Originally our snooker room, the Glennie room has been recently refurbished and now comfortably seats a maximum of 80 diners in a more informal relaxed atmosphere.

It can be used in conjunction with the mixed lounge (the Kennard Room) for pre-dinner drinks. It offers delightful views across the putting green and the 9th fairway.

The O'Shea Room

The O'Shea Room, seating up to 16, is ideal  for a private lunch after golf or for intimate dinner parties.

The Dyer Room (current TV room)

Ideal for small meetings, bridge nights  and small funeral receptions.

The Kennard Room (the mixed lounge)

Can also be used in conjunction with all the above rooms for pre/post dinner drinks and gatherings.

We are happy to tailor the menu to your requirements, prices range from approximately £25 to £35 per person for a three course meal.
