Making the most of Corporate Days The RBGC professional and his staff offer many services that allow you to spend the day enjoying entertaining your clients, rather than getting tied up in administering the day. These services include: Organisation of the whole day - We offer a service of complete administration and organisation of your day to allow you to focus your attention on your customers and guests. Arrival - Upon arrival you and your guests will be greeted by the Club Professional and his staff, with scoreboards, scorecards, tee times and groups for the day, all prepared for you. Following a welcoming run through of the day's agenda to your guests, all we ask is that you enjoy your golf day and let us take care of everything else. Services which you may wish to include: Corporate branding - we can brand many items with your corporate logo including shirts, jumpers, caps, holdalls, shoe bags, umbrellas, golf balls, crystal-ware, prize-ware and many more items. Your branding requirements can also include the Royal Blackheath logo or any specific artwork or script that you require. This service really helps to personalise your day and create a memorable rapport with your guests. Scorecard and scoreboard assistance - allow the Professional to prepare your cards before your arrival and distribute them to players as they arrive. The format of the day will also be explained. The cards will then be collected after your round and a leader board will be kept updated. Preparation and distribution of Royal Blackheath or Company gift packs -'goody bags' can contain items, which golfers need to play with, such as logo balls, course maps, strokesavers, pitchforks and ball markers, tees, pencils, chocolate or health bars. Video analysis of players teeing off and hints and advice after their round - the Professional and his staff will film your group during the course of your round and offer some helpful advice after the round, whilst playing back the video in the clubhouse. This proves hugely popular with large and small groups alike. Golf clinics for either established players or complete beginners - In these clinics, the Professional and his staff will take golfers through the entire game to improve current skills, or, for the non-golfer, to provide a base from which to start. Either way, all participants will make more of their day out and enjoy the countryside.
